They are the 2 Euro 2020 Germany Warsaw Genuflection, a coin dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Warsaw genuflection. This spontaneous gesture was made on 12/7/1970 by Chancellor Willy Brandt during his visit to the Monument to the Heroes of the Ghetto for the signing of the Warsaw Treaty (Warsaw – Poland).

The almost photographic representation of this historical moment was designed by Bodo Broschat, who won the competition for these 2 Euro Commemorative Germany 2020 coins.

The National Side of the 2 Euro commemorative 2020 Germany features the genuflection with a prominent 7-branched candelabrum, one of the two candelabra located at the sides of the “Monument to the Heroes of the Ghetto,” depicted on the right at the top of the steps. The Maltese National Side features a stylized representation of the traditional children's games of Malta: spinning top, marbles, kites, the passju (the bell with numbers and chalk) and then the bees from the famous Maltese children's folk song.
At the bottom left, the year of issue 2020 is engraved, and at the top, the inscription Malta.

On the Luxembourg national face, there is the portrait of the new family, which consists of Grand Duke Guillaume, Grand Duchess Stéphanie, and the little heir Charles in his mother's arms.
