We are talking about the €2 Commemorative coin from Estonia minted, also in 2020, to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Tartu Treaty.

This is a treaty signed by Estonia and the Soviet Union on February 2, 1920, after the end of the Estonian War of Independence.

On the Obverse of the Estonian €2 coin, we can indeed observe a tree with two incredibly significant words engraved on its branches. At the top is “TARTU” while at the bottom is “RAHU,” which means “PEACE.”

Even further down, we can notice the inscription “EESTI 02.02.2020.” As always, the outer edge features the 12 five-pointed stars representing European countries.

On the Reverse of the coin, as usual, it presents the classic Common Side found on all €2 coins.

The coin is included in a FDC-Coincard.
