Here we have another commemorative coin, this one celebrating an important event in the development of Estonia. Specifically, it is the 2 Euro Commemorative coin from Estonia minted in 2019 for the 100th Anniversary of the University of Tartu.

This is considered by Estonians to be the National University.

On the Obverse of this 2 Euro Estonia coin, we can see the university's logo, with the word “EESTI” on the left and the year “2019” on the right. At the top, the inscription “RAHVUS ÜLIKOOL” (National University) “100” is engraved, while at the bottom it reads “UNIVERSITAS TARTUENSIS 1632”.
