This is a legend deeply rooted in the history and culture of Andorra, and it is represented in the design of this commemorative coin. Issued on 16/01/2022

On the Obverse, there is a portrait of Charlemagne with a crown and sword, with a stylized landscape and a glimpse of a river in the background. Centrally, at the top, the inscription ANDORRA appears, while on the right, the date 2022 is engraved.

The 2 Euro Andorra 2023 UN commemorative coin was minted to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Andorra's membership in the United Nations, which took place on May 8, 1993. 2023 issue

On the Obverse, a stylized 30 is depicted between two olive branches, with a 0 (zero) shaped like a globe. At the top left, the coat of arms of Andorra is engraved, while on the right, the inscription ANDORRA MEMBRE NACIONS UNIDES appears, and at the bottom center, the inscriptions ANYS and 2023. 2 Euro Belgium 2023 Art Nouveau

The €2 Commemorative coins Belgium 2023 Art Nouveau were minted to commemorate the artistic and philosophical movement of the period from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, known as Art Nouveau. Issued on 20/06/2023

The coin on the Obverse features the inscription ART NOUVEAU surrounded by a decorative detail taken from the facade of the Hotel Van Eetvelde, a typical Art Nouveau building recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The residence was designed by Belgian architect Victor Horta. Lower left is engraved BE, the monogram of Belgium, followed by the year of issue 2023. On the left is the caduceus, symbol of the Dutch mint, and also the aster flower, in front of an Erlenmeyer flask, which is the symbol of the director of the Belgian Mint Giovanni Van de Velde.

The initials of the author Iris Bruijns IB are on the right. All around is the circle formed by 12 stars of the European symbol.

Estonia has officially presented the design of the 2 euro Swallow Estonia 2023, which will indeed be dedicated to the swallow.

2 Euro Olympic Games 2023 France

These are the €2 Commemorative coins France 2023 XXXIII Olympic Games Paris 2024 dedicated to boxing, this is the third coin minted by France in anticipation of the 2024 Paris Olympics. Issued on 10/01/2023

On the Obverse is depicted Semeuse (sower) with boxing gloves, which became an Olympic sport in 1904. In the background, the New Bridge of Paris is engraved along with a stylized athletic track. To the right of the coin, the symbol of the French Olympic Games 2024 is engraved, while on the left is the monogram of the French Republic RF.

To the left of Semeuse's feet is the symbol of the Paris Mint, which is the cornucopia, and to the right is the signature of the author Joaquin Jimenez, which is the stylized square with the head of a rhinoceros along with the initials JJ.

On the Obverse of the coin is engraved the stylized design of a Rugby Player in action with the rugby ball. Behind him is the playing field which is the Globe stylized with two goals in perspective, one in front and one behind. In the background, the starry sky is drawn with two oval planets like the rugby ball, an allegory of the rugby world.
At the top of the coin, the inscription COUPE DU MONDE RUGBY FRANCE 2023 is engraved, below on the left the same phrase is repeated, but on three lines: COUPE DU MONDE RUGBY FRANCE 2023.

2 Euro Elbphilharmonie 2023 Germany

In Germany, 2 Euro coins dedicated to the Elbphilharmonie 2023 will be issued in 6,000,000 copies for each German mint, with a total of 30,000,000 specimens of this coin being minted. Issue date 24/01/2023

The commemorative coin is dedicated to the Elbphilharmonie, an imposing building with a Concert Hall in the city of Hamburg, also known as Elphi, which hosts some of the largest and acoustically advanced concert halls in the world.
It is a sail-shaped structure predominantly made of glass above a warehouse from 1963, containing: a hotel, restaurant, bar, spa, conference room, garage, 45 luxurious apartments, and three acoustic halls: the Recital Hall with 550 seats, the Great Concert Hall with 2,100 seats, and the Kaistudio with 170 seats.

The Elbphilharmonie's construction began in 2007 and was officially inaugurated in 2017 as a majestic residential and cultural complex.

On the Obverse of the 2 euro Hamburg 2023, in perspective behind a glimpse of the Elbe River, is the depiction of the majestic building known as the Elbphilharmonie, with the lower part of 8 floors preserving the original bricks and the upper part, consisting of 18 floors made of glass. The building's roof is not linear but wavy.
At the bottom of the coin, there is the inscription HAMBURG, to the left the letter D for Germany and the year of issue 2023, below the date is the German mint mark symbol (A/D/F/G/J), and to the right of the Elphi is the signature of the designer Michael Otto.
On the outer part in nickel, there are the 12 stars of the European Union arranged in a circle.

2 Euro Charlemagne 2023 Germany

Also in Germany, in March 2023, to commemorate the 1,275th anniversary of the birth of Charlemagne, the 2 Euro Charlemagne 2023 Germany will be issued with a mintage of 4,000,000 copies for each German mint, totaling 20,000,000 specimens minted throughout Germany. Issue date 30/03/2023

Charlemagne could not write, however, he used his Signum Caroli gloriosissimi regis to autograph and seal documents and imperial acts written for him. This is why his Seal is used to commemorate his birth on this coin. The monogram represents the graphic stylization of KAROLVS on a cross that refers to the Holy Roman Empire. At the ends of the cross are the letters KRSL and in the center the letters AOV overlapped.

On the Obverse, in the center, there is the depiction of the seal of the King Charlemagne, the KAROLUS overlapped with the view of the Octagonal Dome of the Palatine Chapel located within the Aachen Cathedral. The designer's signature Tobias Winnen TW is engraved within the monogram. At the top, the inscription KARL DER GROßE is engraved, at the bottom the dates 748-814, to the left the year of issue 2023, and to the right the German mint mark D and the mint letter (A/D/F/G/J).
Surrounding it are the 12 stars of the European symbol.

These 2 Euro Air Force 2023 coins are dedicated to the centenary of one of the four armed forces present in Italy: The Royal Air Force.
The Blue Army of the Air Force became an Autonomous Armed Force with the decree 645 of March 28, 1923.

The importance of this separation between Aviation and Army was evident throughout the course of the First World War and in the immediate post-war period.

In fact, when Aviation entered the First World War in 1915, it could count on only 86 military aircraft, but in a short time, wartime needs increased the number of aircraft to 12,000.

Aviation, which until then was under the Army's jurisdiction, grew so much that it became a true Royal Air Force, effectively separating from the Army.

On the Obverse of the coin, the Logo of the 100th Anniversary of the Air Force, with the inscription ITALIAN AIR FORCE at the bottom, and the dates 2023/1923 are on the right along the semicircle that symbolically connects the past and the future. On the left is the R of the Rome mint, at the top is the anagram of the Italian Republic RI and on the right is the signature of the engraver Valerio de Seta VdS.

Per omnia Coela – In flight towards the future

The Logo of the centenary, in a futuristic style, was created through a public competition by the Air Force itself and is named “Per omnia Coela” (In every Sky) in line with the centenary motto “In flight towards the Future”.

Indeed, the logo depicts a stylized and disassembled 100 with overlapping numbers and a trail that crosses it, symbolically representing the path of the Air Force made in 100 years and proudly in flight towards the future.

The trail that goes from the bottom left to the top right is created by the aircraft, once a propeller biplane, which, exceeding the speed of sound, creates two large shock waves, formed by the two overlapping zeros, transforming into a modern Jet.

Italy, with the decree of November 5, 2022 (Official Gazette), has authorized the issuance of the 2 Euro Italy 2023 Alessandro Manzoni coin by the State Polygraphic Institute for the 150th anniversary of Manzoni's death. The sketch of the National Face was approved on October 13, 2022. Issued on 21/05/2023

On the Obverse for the National Face, the portrait of Alessandro Manzoni is engraved, taken from the drawing by Massimo Bessi, which is also present on the one hundred thousand lire banknotes. 2 Euro Sunflower of Ukraine 2023 Latvia

Latvia has planned the issuance of the 2 Euro coin shown above, dedicated to the Sunflower of Ukraine 2023.

On the Obverse, there will be an engraving of a stylized sunflower, which is one of the symbols of the Ukrainian people in their struggle for peace, with the inscription SLAVA UKRAINAI! above it. At the bottom of the coin, the name of the issuing state and the year LATVIJA 2023 are engraved.
The chosen symbol is due to the fact that Ukraine is the largest grower and producer of sunflowers in the world, as well as an important exporter of sunflower oil. The sunflower has thus become the global symbol of peace, used in Ukraine as a symbol since the summer of 1996. They were also planted within the Pervomaisk missile base to celebrate the removal of nuclear weapons from the country. The sunflower is now used worldwide to express support for the Ukrainian people.

On the outer rim of the coin, the 12 European stars are engraved.

For the 200th anniversary of the Vienna/Bratislava diligence, 2 Euro Slovakia coins have been issued dedicated to the 200 years since the start of the Horse-Drawn Express Courier service on the route Vienna / Bratislava. Issued on 11/10/2023.

On the Obverse, there is a depiction of a carriage in motion from right to left with the logo of the Express Post in the center, pulled by two galloping horses and driven by a courier. At the top, the inscription SLOVENSKO appears, while at the bottom of the coin, the inscription VIEDEŇ BRATISLAVA is placed between the dates 1823 and 2023. To the right on the side of the carriage, there is the symbol of the Kremnica Mint MK (Mincovňa Kremnica) and the initials MP of the author Maria Poldaufova.

For the centenary of the first blood transfusion that took place in Slovakia, 2 Euro First Transfusion 2023 Slovakia will be issued with a mintage of 1,000,000 copies. Issued on 2/3/2023.

On the Obverse, there is a drop placed at the center of a cross which is inscribed in a circle, with the letters of the blood groups AB A B 0 on the sides. Surrounding it is a crown of drops alternating between positive and negative, reminiscent of blood test tubes.
In the outer circle, at the top, the inscription PRVÁ TRANSFÚZJA KRVI 1928-2023 is engraved, while at the bottom SLOVENSKO.

The Slovenian Central Bank has issued a competition to choose the design for the new commemorative coins of 2023. The coin was already planned for 2022; however, due to the lack of high-quality designs, it was decided to repeat the monetary competition for ideas while waiting for a satisfactory graphic project.

For the 150th anniversary of the birth of Josip Plemelj, the 2 Euro Slovenia dedicated to Josip Plemelj in 2023 will be issued.

The coin must indicate the date 1873, the year of issue 2023, and the name JOSIP PLEMELJ.
