The Finnish commemorative two euro coin from 2008 was issued for the 60th Anniversary of Human Rights. Minted and released on 24/10/2008.

On the Obverse of this 2 euro coin from Finland, there is a large Heart with the figure of a man with one hand on his chest. At the top is the year 2008 and at the bottom under the heart is an inscription that resembles an engraving on a rock that reads: HUMAN RIGHT’S. Also at the bottom of the coin, we find on the right the Mint's symbol (the Cornucopia), on the left the identifying mark of Finland FI, and in the center the K as the signature of the engraver Tapio Kettunen

Surrounding the central part are 12 five-pointed stars, symbolizing the European countries.

On the Reverse, the Common Face is impressed with the nominal value as for all other two Euro coins.

Edge: Along the finely milled thickness, the words: SUOMI FINLAND are engraved in incuse followed by three lion heads.
