2 Euro Commemorative Lithuania 2017 Capital of Culture — Two Euro Commemorative Lithuania of 2017 – Capital of Culture

The fourth coin in this collection is the 2 Euro Commemorative coin minted in 2017 to celebrate Vilnius City of Culture.

On the Obverse, the National Face features the city of Vilnius, highlighting its most characteristic and identifying points. At the top left, the inscription “VILNIUS” is present, while on the right, also at the top, the inscription “LIETUVA” is followed by the minting year “2017”.

Centered and slightly shifted to the right is the symbol of the Vilnius Mint “LMK” (Lietuvos Monetų Kalykla), while more to the left is a “V” inside a circle. As usual, the outer edge features the 12 five-pointed stars representing the European states.
