Lithuania €2 Lithuanian Dance and Song Festival 2018 — Value and Rarity

The next 2 Euro Commemorative coin from Lithuania was minted in 2018 to celebrate the Lithuanian Dance and Song Festival, a truly significant event in the country, so much so that it appears on the National Side of this coin.

On the Obverse of this 2 euro Lithuania coin, we can observe engraved stylized figures of birds and people represented according to Lithuanian folk art. In particular, it is essential to emphasize that the people, depicted as a paper cutout, represent the traditional dances and songs.

At the bottom, the inscription “LIETUVA” is engraved, to the left the year of issue “2018” and to the right the symbol of the Mint of Vilnius “LMK” (Lietuvos Monetų Kalykla). On the outermost edge, the 12 five-pointed stars representing the European states are engraved.

The Common Side for all 2 euro coins is on the Reverse of the coin.
