Let’s move on to the next 2 Euro Commemorative coin from Slovakia, the third commemorative. Specifically, this coin was minted in 2011 to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Visegrad Group formed by Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, and Hungary.

On the Obverse, we can observe the representation of the maps of these states. Superimposed on the geographical maps are the letters “VIV” which indicate the Visegrad Group. At the bottom left is the minting year “2011” while at the bottom right is the inscription “SLOVENSKO” accompanied by the initials of the author and the symbol of the Kremnica Mint “MK” (Mincovňa Kremnica).

At the top in an arch is the inscription “VYŠEHRADSKÁ SKUPINA • VISEGRAD GROUP” “15.2.1991”. The coin on the outer edge features the classic 12 five-pointed stars representing the EU states.
