Finland €2 Isole Åland 2021 — Value and Rarity

Also from 2021 the Commemorative Finland coins dedicated to the 100 years of the Åland Islands. Issue of the coin 13/08/2021.

On the Obverse a non-abstract representation, but rather a marine view of the archipelago of the Åland Islands. The point of view is a subjective one from the spectator who, aboard a boat, of which the bow is visible, follows the course with a compass held in hand.

At the top of the coin, in a semicircle, is the engraving ÅLANDS SJÄLVSTYRELSE 100 ÅR and at the bottom AHVENANMAAN ITSEHALLINTO 100 VUOTTA.
On the left, there is a buoy on the horizon line with above the symbol of the Finnish Mint, namely the Circle with the Heraldic Lion inside. On the right, an identical buoy with above the state mark FI and the year 2021.

In the outer ring made of nickel, the symbol of the European Union, the 12 stars.

The Reverse is the usual Common Side.

The Edge, finely milled, bears the words SUOMI FINLAND and the 3 lion heads.
