Full sheet for Netherlands's 2014 €2 commemorative Doppio ritratto: estimated value, mintage and obverse description.
Description of the 2 Euro Doppio ritratto 2014
The next coin among the 2 euro Netherlands is truly very special. Like the one just seen, this 2 Euro Commemorative coin from the Netherlands was minted to celebrate Queen Beatrix and His Highness Willem Alexander in 2014.
As we can observe on the Obverse of this coin, however, in this case, the faces have been reversed both in terms of direction, facing right instead of left, and in terms of order.
While in the previous coin the face of Queen Beatrix is superimposed over that of Willem Alexander, in this case, it is the latter that is above the former Queen.
Around the arch, we can observe the inscription “Willem-Alexander Koning der Nederlanden – Beatrix Prinses der Nederlanden” and the minting year “2014” enclosed in this case between the symbol of the Utrecht mint and that of the mint director.

On the outermost edge, the usual 12 five-pointed stars representing the European states are placed, while on the Reverse, we talk about the classic common face found on all 2 Euro coins.
The coin is included in the FS Divisionale, in a Coincard FDC, in a Coincard UNC, in a FS Box, and in a Set with 4 FS coins of which 3 have the colored crown (1 red, 1 white, and 1 blue > the colors of the Dutch flag).
The Common Face of the 2 euro coins represents the Reverse of the coin.
