The 2 Euro coin Andorra 2021 “Let’s take care of our elderly” is a way to celebrate the elderly and recognize their contribution to society. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of caring for the elderly and building a more inclusive and respectful society. Issued on 15/12/2021

On the Obverse, there are two joined hands, a younger one below gently holding the older one above. Below, a stethoscope is visible, a quintessential nursing symbol. Above is inscribed the phrase CUIDEM LA NOSTRA GENT GRAN and in the center the word ANDORRA, with the symbols of the Coronavirus clearly visible and contained between the two inscriptions. On the left, the date 2021 is engraved.

Surrounding it are the 12 stars of the European Union.
