2 Euro Commemorative France 2018 - Cornflower — Two Euro Commemorative France 2018 – Cornflower

In the year 2018, the coin featuring the French memory flower, the cornflower, is also minted. A symbol of solidarity towards the wounded and veterans since the end of the First World War (1914/1918).
The 2 Euro France 2018 coin is also produced in a colored proof version for collectors.

On the Obverse of the 2 euro France 2018, the modern stylization of the cornflower, or bleuet, is surrounded by the inscription Le Bleuet de France, fleur de mémoire et de solidarité. Below are the dates 1918 – 2018 with the symbols of the Paris mint and its Director above. Instead, the initials of the French Republic with the R on the left and the F on the right.
In the outer ring of the coin, there are five-pointed European stars distributed in a circle.
